Taste Buddies: Pampanga

Planning for your next getaway trip near Manila? Go somewhere unspoiled and be sure to pack your picnic essentials and your thrill for adventure!

Hosts Solenn Heussaff and Isabelle Daza together with Andrea Torres explore the hidden gems of Dinosaur Islands and El Kabayo in Clark, Pampanga.

Horseback riding with Isabelle at El Kabayo! Unknown to many, Isabelle used to do horseback riding when she was a kid. Now, she gets to share her expertise! The girls also get to relish the mouth-watering dishes served at the Horse Shoe Saloon such as savory sisig, delicious tenderloin and so much more!

Jurassic Park is not just in the movies! A close version of that is found in Clark! Now, visitors like Solenn and Andrea can explore the world of the chilling giants in Dinosaur Islands, where they can: tour the 2-hectare park, get trivia about these creatures, “feed” a T-Rex, see them dancing with music, and get chased by these huge dinos, all for the sake of fun!

Solenn also dresses up Andrea as the next fashionable cowgirl in Gandang Kayang-Kaya! You, too, can get the look!

Going outdoors without a food at hand can also be costly. The girls share their tipid tips by personalizing what’s included in your picnic basket. Find out which recipes are affordable and easy to prepare on the road!

To cook the food outdoors, you also need a dependable fire starter! Don’t know how? See how Belle does her D-I-Y fire starter in That’s Incredi-belle!

Finally, Steven whips out some of the well-loved Pinoy inihaw recipes like barbecue and liempo all within budget at a new-found dining place called Mamang’s.

Get the thrill of going outdoors and have some fun with your Taste Buddies! This May 24, 8:40 pm on GMA News TV.
