Conjuring Dreams

One night in December, Pagan had a dream that her then-boyfriend, Chris, proposed to her in Macau. She told Chris and his best friend about it, but they accused her of putting pressure on the poor guy. Little did she know that Chris already had something up his sleeve.

A month after that dream, Pagan found herself Macau-bound for a business trip. As she stood in line at the airport's check-in counter, Chris suddenly appeared in front of her--just like in her premonition. Flustered, Pagan asked Chris many questions about him being there. Finally, at the immigration, Chris presented Pagan with the GIA Certificate of her engagement ring. Pagan started crying as she said yes--after all, she was set to do what most girls wish for: marry the man of her dreams.

A Proposal Gone Awry

Dot and Kelvin's love story involved an elaborate proposal plan gone awry.

The couple was driving to a rented yacht, where Kelvin planned to propose. Wanting to get on with his plan, Kelvin immediately stepped on the gas pedal as the stoplight went green. Upon doing so, a man on a bicycle zipped across their path, and even though Kelvin swerved to avoid the man, it was too late. The car hit the bike, and the man flew out from it.

Dot and Kelvin then rushed the injured man to the nearest hospital. While waiting for their wrecked car to be pulled by a tow truck, Kelvin realized he still wanted to propose no matter what. He got down on his knee, took out the ring, and asked Dot to marry him--this he did at the parking lot of Ospital ng Maynila, right behind a sign that read "Bawal Umihi Dito."

Featured Wedding: Ging & Randy
Love in the Smallest Spaces

You can check out the rest of the details here.

Ging and Randy met in one of the oddest places: the elevator. Ging was working in Ortigas, and Randy had frequent meetings in the same area. They were familiar faces to one another, since they'd constantly line up for the same elevator, or stroll around in the same mall.

One fateful day, Ging and Randy had the elevator all to themselves. An unprompted "hi" from Randy was all it took for them to engage in a short conversation. By the time Ging stepped out of the elevator, the two have already exchanged business cards.

Ging and Randy kept in touch, and they eventually became friends, then a couple. On their sixth year into the relationship, Randy proposed to Ging, finally putting the perfect ending to such a spontaneous start.
